| Heero Yuy is known as the Perfect Soldier (yuk! yeah right!). Anyways, at a young age he was trained to become the perfect soldier. Some of his famous quotes are, "mission accomplished", "mission accepted", and "I'm going to kill you". If you'd like to learn how to say this in Japanese, please visit my Japanese part of this web site. Getting back to Heero, his real name is unknown. That's right, his name "Heero Yuy" was given to him by his trainer. The original Heero Yuy was the peace loving leader of the colonies that was assassinated twenty years before this story starts. Heero is from colony cluster L1. |

| Duo is known as the God of Death, or in Japanese, "Shinigami". He has a happy appearance but actually has a terrible and painful past. He was an orphan and lost two friends, the priest and nun that helped him through childhood. Duo has a strange obsession with the devil and Hell, odd since he wears a wears a priest's outfit. He is not the best fighter, compared to true fighters like Heero and Wufei, but he is an expert at stealth. Duo is from the L2 colony cluster. |

| Trowa Barton is known as The God of Silence or The Cool Machine. His real name is Triton Bloom and has a sister Catherine Bloom that he works with. They just don't know they are related, even thought Catherine calls Trowa her brother. Trowa has been a nameless soldier as far back as he can remember. In the series, he becomes close friends with Quatre and learns to live as a fairly normal person. Trowa has to be the most mysterious of all the Gundam pilots. He is from L3 colony cluster. |

| Quatre is the Heart-throb of the Desert or Desert Prince. Quatre is the kindest yet physically weakest of the Gundam pilots. He is always blaming himself for something he isn't responsible for and doesn't like hurting people. The only exception was when he went insane after his father's death. He got a wealthy inheritence and is called "Master Quatre" by the Maganac Corps. The Maganac are always by his side, helping him fight and manage business. Quatre is from L4 colony cluster. |
