Wufei's Profile Summary(even though it's more like a rant!):

There's so much to say about Wufei!  Well, I'll start with the basics.  Wufei is also know as The Dragon of Justice or Violent Justice (from the Operation Meteor: Odd Numbers video).  He is most well known for his sense of justice and strength.  Some ignorant Gundam Wing fans do not like him, because of one episode where he called a soldier (Noin) "woman".  Those people tend to misunderstand Wufei, because they have not read his episode zero.  Even if they haven't, they should have still realized that Noin was the only one he called "woman".  What else would you call a person you didn't know?  When Wufei says: "Onna ka-- dakara amai." he is saying, "A woman--that's why she's so leniant."  In the English translation, it says: "A woman--that's why she's weak."  Mistranslations occur all the time.  Sure, "amai" and "yowai" do sound alike, but for goodness sakes people, listen harder.
Wufei calls his Gundam "Nataku", which is the name that his wife took (Wufei was match married).  She died protecting his Gundam, so he believes her spirit lives in the Gundam.  He respects her, because she was strong and brave, and perhaps even loved Wufei.
Wufei is Mandarin, by the way, because of his name.  If he were Cantonese, his name would be Cheung Ng Fei.
People often think Wufei is egotistic--I disagree.  Heero is egotistic more often then Wufei.  When Wufei loses, he doesn't start blaming it on something else, he admits it was his fault and tries his best not to let it happen again.
A big mistranslation in the series that I think is very important to Wufei is in episode 49, where he kills Treize (yes!).  The dubbed version of Wufei says this: "I didn't think I'd win."  The Japanese version says: "He quit while he was ahead."  Treize didn't make a mistake when he was fighting, he gave up.  Wufei knows this, and that's what lead him to join Mariemeia's Army.  He wanted to find the answer to one question: Can you really call peace at the cost of lives true peace?  I personally think Treize was selfish and weak when he gave up.  Only weak people would give up.
Wufei is actually probably the most sensitive (but not gay) guy in the series, but doesn't express it.  He cries, which only one other pilot does (Quatre).  He also had a close attachment to Nataku when she died and never forgot her.
Wufei is both a fighter and a scholar, as seen in his episode zero.  There is proof of his intelligent side in the series, too.  He seemed to always be the one that knew everything before the others (when Heero killed Noventa), and shows up in the series to save the day (when Duo and Quatre were trying to get into space).  Wufei isn't shown much in the series, but when he is shown, he is a very important character.  I personally believe that Wufei's talents give him the right to call others weak or stupid, but he doesn't say it like a chauvanist would.  Wufei is an honorable character.
