We believe teachers are our most important assets.
Therefore, extensive training and support is provided to make your transition
as easy as possible. We will continue to assist you throughout your stay
in Japan so as to ensure that your experience will be as rewarding as the
one you will bring to our students.
Good working
conditions.
The type of working
conditions in your country has been considered and incorporated into our
policies. Teachers only work 35 hours a week and teach a maximum of five classes
a day. There's enough time to explore Japan with over five weeks of vacation.
We listen to our
teachers.
We encourage new ideas that bring about change and progress within the company. We recognize that teachers come from various countries and have been trained in many disciplines of academia. Therefore, your wealth of information and ideas will help us to provide superior services to our students.
Our
schools are exciting and fun.
We believe English
is not only a spoken language but also a living culture. Many Japanese will
never get the opportunity to travel or live abroad. Thus, it is essential for
them to have the English experience brought to them. We plan and organize
Halloween costume parties, Easter egg hunts, Christmas parties and other
cultural events to allow our students a glimpse of English culture.
Classes are small.
This will give you
a chance to really get to know your students and to provide them with the
appropriate amount of attention. Also you will teach the same students for a
semester, thus allowing you to see improvements in their ability.
Strong social and support network of foreign teachers and Japanese
staff.
There are many English speaking teachers and Japanese staff who are willing
to help you adjust to living and teaching in Japan. We hold annual training
seminars to provide opportunities for teachers in the same division to
exchange ideas. In addition, there is an annual company gathering , allowing
everyone in the company to get together and have 'sharing time'.
