An affordable and comfortable, single occupancy, semi-furnished apartment leased by the company will be arranged prior to your arrival. Teachers do not need to worry about bringing enough money to pay for key money or deposit.

The apartments are equipped with basic necessities: air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, bed (Japanese-style futon), table, and curtains.

However, you will need to buy goods such as additional kitchen appliances, cleaning agents, extra electronic appliances and extra linen from your local shopping center.

Rent for the apartment will range from 78,000 yen to 85,000 yen per month, depending on the location and style. The rent will include water, electricity and gas bills.

The average size for 1K apartment is about 25 square meters.
