Relocation support
- Working Visa. Kohgakusha sponsors employees with a Working Visa and make necessary arrangements prior to your arrival.
- Housing. An affordable and comfortable, single occupancy, semi-furnished apartment leased by the company will be arranged prior to arrival.
- Airport pickup. We will meet you at the airport and take you to your new home.
- Our dedicated staff at Human Resources and your school/division will provide you the necessary support to ensure you settle into your new surroundings.
Training Your training will start from the first day of work at your school or division. We believe the best way to learn Kohgakusha's teaching methods and philosophy is by training on the job. The training period will be approximately 2 to 3 weeks long depending on the division/school and the individual. We will make sure your training is sufficient to enable you to teach with confidence.

Day 1 Company Orientation
introduction to the school, staff, teaching methods and materials.Day 1-10 In-Class Training / Observation
A trainer will advise you on effective teaching strategies and classroom management. You may observe classes at schools to which you are assigned as well as other school or divisions' classes.Day 11 - 21 In-Class Training / Team teaching
Your in-class training continues until the end of your training program. You will either be teaching with an experienced teacher or teaching a part of the class on your own and given feedback from your teaching partner.
After 3 weeks Teaching classes on your own
To help you adjust to teaching at Kohgakusha, members of the training committee will conduct observations and provide feedback on your teaching. Observation/feedback will take place once a month for the first 3 month.
