Contract

The contract is an one-year renewable contract.
After successful completion of the first year, the contract can be renewed by mutual agreement. Your contract starting date will depend on the position you are assigned. A completion bonus is available after the end of the contract. The amount depends on the end of the year evaluation.

Salary and Allowances

Competitive salary, will range between 280,000 yen - 290,000 yen.
Full compensation for commuting expenses to and from your school.
Airfare allowance. 30,000 yen is granted upon arrival.
Overtime for work beyond the designated working schedule.
Japanese language allowance. A maximum of 50,000 yen a year is provided.
Completion bonus. This amount depends on performance.
Interest-free loan. A maximum of 50,000 yen is available to help in relocation costs.
