| What it is* Kodomo Nomo is a webcomic that ran from July 2001 to June 2003. It never had a distinctive ending, but rather was left off fairly abruptly. I had begun to work on other projects which demanded my attention, plus working 25 hours a week and fitting in time for loved ones between all that. Thus I did not have the time to work on it anymore. However from the breif hellos from former fans who found me around the web, to the emails I still recieved that contained fanart even after the strip was finished, I learned that there really were some true fans of the series, and I felt bad for making it disappear so suddenly. Therefore I have returned it to be read once again by old and new fans alike. I apologise for never finishing it. Perhaps someday I will. What it's about* For those who are newcomers, here is the gist of the story. Marion, better known as Min, is a typical tomboy young girl attending her last year of elementary school. At this time there are strange creatures no one recognizes cropping up in the area. She encounters one of such when he enters her room through the window. This creature is Mint, who stays with her throughout the whole story. She continues to discover more "monsters" and secrets of the forest, and soon finds herself, joined by her friends, fighting to save the place she loves and the "monsters" who have started to call it home. |
