Is it right to be an ass when the world thinks of you as one already? There is no redemption to the events that have passed. There is no praise for the wicked. But maybe a change is all that is needed for good-byes to become hellos. Maybe a change is all we need to get ahead again.
So why is there so much neglect out there when so many people are in love? A kiss to kill. Fists are raised with rumbles of vocal cords shouting at their loudest to lonely walls. People see what they want to believe and don't look to the lives they live. It may be a disturbing site to see the person we have become.
When is it right to cheat? Cheat your friend when they betray you... Cheat a government that has stolen so much... Cheat a lover that no longer cares... Cheat yourself from a life less ordinary.
These houses are built to make rich men richer. We seek it only to want much more. So we cry when there is not enough, and we cry harder when there is. All just to end up in empty coffins.
When it is all said and done, there are winner and losers in this world... and then there is all of us left in between...
