"I can't believe we're doing this," Danny said five minutes later, sitting in the bedroom with Francisco and Allen. They looked at Chrissy. She was still unconscious.
"I don't...do you think all of us are going to make it out of here?" Allen asked them. Danny just looked up at the ceiling.
"You know, when we were going into the concert, I didn't expect them to already be in the audience. All hell broke loose...they killed so many people, and probably sired the majority of them," Danny said, "We only got out like 1/50th of the people there. Everyone else...is probably going against us now...not all of us are going to make it out of here...more than 3/4s of us are going to die. And it's not a very comforting number."
"So much for those movie roles, huh?" Francisco joked. Danny and Allen let out a silent chuckle.
"Yeah, I guess so," Danny responded. Allen looked up at Chrissy. She was sitting up, looking at them..
"Where are we?" she asked.
"The tour bus. We got away," Francisco said.
"But we have to fight the remaining vampires until the sun rises," Allen added. Chrissy looked at him. Silence. Then she fell back. She fainted.
"Damn," Francisco said laughing. Chrissy sat back up.
"Are you serious?" she asked.
"Yep. And the majority of us are gonna die," Danny said. Silence. She fainted.
"Girl's got a weak stomach for the truth, huh?" Allen pointed out. She sat back up.
"Don't tell me anything else," she said.

"Alright, guys. We have 20 weapons. 8 axes, 2 crossbows, 10 swords. We have 23 people here. 3 of you will not get weapons. However, we have 26 stakes so everyone will get something to fight with. You just have to be careful with how you use each one. Those without an actual weapon will get 2 stakes each. Your original ones plus the extras. That clear?" Danny said. Paulo was still driving the bus through the darkness. He was going in circles at times, just to keep moving so they did not stay in one place.
"Who gets what?" Lindsey asked.
"Everyone gets one stake, like I said. But everything else will be decided from this hat. I ripped up some paper. I named each weapon on there. You get a weapon, you take your pick of which one you want. Such as a double sided axe if you get axe or a Samurai sword if you get sword. But if you get stake, you get 2 stakes total. That good? Fair?" he explained.. They all nodded.
"Now, we don't have all day so there is no trading. You get what you get, you don't get to trade," Francisco said. They nodded.
"Why are you 4 telling us what to do?" Frankie asked them.
"Because we know exactly what we're going up against," Allen informed him.
"You don't trust us or something?" Chrissy asked.
"Aaron, go get a hat," Danny said. He got up and went into one of his suitcases, searching. Chrissy had a sandwich bag full of ripped papers inside. Aaron walked back over with a red cap in his hand, and gave it to Chrissy. She put the papers inside and gave it to Danny.
"Ok...I go first...but before I do...that bag," Danny pointed at each bag as he talked about it, "carries the stakes. That bag has the swords. That one has the axes. That one has the crossbows. The last one has the flashlights. You may need them so take one of those too. There's also an extra lockpick in there. If you want it, take it." Danny reached inside the hat, and pulled out a paper:
Danny: Crossbow
Allen: Samurai Sword
Chrissy: Samurai Sword
Francisco: Double sided Axe
Aaron: Sword
Greg: Stake
Chris: Stake
Stevie: Pick axe
Lalaine: Sword
Hilary: Pick axe
Paulo: Sword
Ashley: Sword
Rachel: Sword
Will: Crossbow
Shaun: Stake
Adam: Sword
Shia: Double Axe
Lindsey: Double Axe
Frankie: Sword
Melissa: Double Axe
Mary-Kate: Sword
Ashley: Pick Axe
Amanda: Pick Axe
"Alright...everybody satisfied?" Chrissy asked. Shaun, Greg, and Chris looked at each other and shook their heads.
"Sorry, no trading. We need to keep this how it is..." Allen said.
"But...the girls have all these cool weapons and we got the two stakes," Shaun complained.
"Let's not do this right now," Danny said, "Keep what you got. We don't want to-," Danny looked at out the window on his right and stopped dead in his tracks.
"Let me guess," the vampire in the window said, "Die?" He flew in the window and landed on the ground. Lindsey stared roughly at the vampire.
"T-T-Tom?" she asked. The vampire made it's face normal and turned to her. "Lindsey!" Tom Felton said and ran over to her. She embraced him.
"What are you doing?! He's a vampire!" Greg asked her. She didn't care. She held him close. Behind her, his face vamped, and he dug his teeth into her throat. She let out a terrified gasp as he dug in deep. Greg ran over to him, stake ready. He pulled the stage into the air and was about to stab Tom, but Tom's hand swung from in front of him to behind him and threw Greg into the driver, Paulo. Paulo lost his focus and swung the steering wheel, the bus making a rough turn and rolling over.
"WATCH YOUR WEAPONS!" Danny yelled, grabbing his crossbow tight. He didn't want it to go off. Everyone was too concerned with their lives to worry about their weapons. Swords went flying around the room, axes slamming into the walls and staying stationary. Finally the bus stopped rolling, and just laid still on it's side. Lindsey was pale, laying on the ground. She was dead.
"Lindsey!" Aaron screamed running over at Tom and sliding his sword into him. Tom shrieked as Aaron dug the sword deeper and deeper into his chest, slamming him into a wall. He roared, his razor sharp teeth exposed.
"You missed the heart!" Danny said as he got to his feet. Amazingly, the swords and axes had not killed anyone. Chris grabbed his stake and ran over to Aaron. Tom beat that to sword with his hands, shattering it with one hit. Aaron stared at him wildly. The sword was still in Tom, and still had him stuck to the wall.
"Jackass!" Tom said as he punched Aaron in the face. Aaron fell back and slid on the glass. As Tom worked his way off the sword, Chris jumped over at him and kicked him back through the sword. He roared uncontrollably, and Chris took the stake out and jabbed it into the vampire's heart. With a roar, Tom dusted and disappeared.
"Okay...that wasn't very easy," Aaron said.
"That hurt!" Hilary complained. Everyone was scrambled, weapons all over.
"Aaron, you can take Lindsey's axe since your sword is broken now," Paulo said as he stood up.
"We better get out of the bus," Greg said. Paulo walked over to the ceiling exit that would have normally been above them. Instead, this time, it was on their side. Paulo pulled the switch and kicked the exit open.
"Don't forget your weapons," Shaun said sarcastically, since he only had 2 stakes. Aaron pulled Lindsey's double axe out of the carpet that was now that wall and climbed out of the sky exit, which led onto the street. One by one everyone followed.
"So what are we gonna do now? Our bus is gone...we have no place to go and you want us to fight these vampires?" Adam looked pissed off.
"We have no sanctuary!" Lalaine screamed.
"Sanctuary...the church!" Paulo piped up, "We passed a church a minute before we got right here. We can go there. Rest a bit because I know you are all very...hurt..."
"No, really?" Melissa said. She was pissed off too.
"Guys, calm down," Danny said, "Take your anger out on the vampires."
"No! Fuck the vampires!' Will said, throwing his crossbow down on the ground. It went off, and a metal stake tore through the air into a nearby tree. There was a shriek, and a shadow of black went tumbling from the trees. Before it hit the ground, it turned brown and disappeared completely.
"Oh no..." Francisco said. Hundreds of shrieks came from the trees around them.
"They followed us...they followed us!" Stevie yelled the obvious. Blurs of black flew from the darkness of the trees and floated higher in higher into the air. The group looked around, at the hundreds and hundreds of shadow that were flying up higher and higher and higher. Will slowly reached down and grabbed his crossbow, aimed it at one of the closest vampires. He fired, and the metal stake tore quickly at the air and went through the vampire. It shrieked, and plummeted, wisps of dust escaping it's body as it disappeared completely. The other vampires watched in horror, and dived toward them as another battle for their lives began.
