Sitting in the car, as her dad drove her and the rest of the band to the record companies talent spotting venture, all Shezz could think about was when Charlie walked down the stairs to meet her that day she had gone to the flat with the rest of the band. His words had echoed in her mind everyday since then but she still hadn't quite come to terms with them. "I think your great Sheryl, I want to be with you, but know I can't because... well because..." But before he could get any further Matt appeared to ask if they were coming up. "We'll talk later" charlie muttered dashing up the steps.

To this day shezz still did not know what the reason was, she hoped it was something simple like Fletch wouldn't aprove but she was starting to wonder if it was something more sinister. She leaned her head on window and sighed.

"You ok shezz?" asked Gemz
"Yeah, you've been silent all the way here. You are normally so gobby, load and hyper. Are you ill?" joked emily.
"I'm..." shezz began "fine... just fine"
But when she looked around at their faces she realised they weren't so sure.

The car pulled in at a large, posh looking building and the girls stepped out and looked in amasement as shezz's dad oulled their instruments out of the boot and handed them to them.

"Aha thats where my girls got to!" a voice behind them said. They turned to find Matt sitting on the bonnet of Charlies porsche with a huge grin on his face. "Get off the bonnet asshole, you'll ruin the paintwork! Charlie shouted from inside the car rollling down the window.
Matt jumped off and steppd forward at this emily, laura, gemz and lynsey walked quickly over. Shezz shuffled over, trying to keep out of charlies way.

"whats up with shezz?" matt asked. Emily told him something and he looked worried too. He walked round the car to where James and Charlie were now sitting on the pavement and whispered something to them, as they nodded in agreement Matt walked accross to shezz, took her guitar passed it to fletch who was now hovering around and put his arm around shezz before setting her off on a walk.

"whats up?" he asked her after 10 minutes.
"nuttin" she muttered.
"Don't lie, I can tell, sit down here and tell me everything thats bothering me, if you do I'll say your like my little sister in all my interviews"
This made shezz smile so she sat down and started to tell him....
