Kian got up from his sit and started walking, heading to the room where Shiri was, followed by Shane.
"Knock knock. Can I come in?"
"Huh? Who's there?" Shiri asked.
Kian came in to face Shiri. "The idiot guy who ran over you."
"Oh...my....God!!!"
"I know, I know...I'm sorry..."
"You...you're..." she shook her head. "I mean...you're..."
"It's okay. You don't have to say anything."
Shiri smiled.
"So what's your name?" He asked smiling.
"My name is Shiri, but just call me Shir."
"Nice to meet you, Shiri! I'm Kian." He smiled a really stupid smile.
"Hi again!" Diana said as she walked in.
"DON'T HIT ME!!!" Kian cried as he saw her. Shiri laughed.
"Don't worry, it's just my sister, Diana. She won't harm you."
Diana laughed too.
Shane was still waiting by the door.
"Hey mate, the lads are here." He said to Kian.
"Great, let them in!" he said back to him.
"Come in lads!"
"Hello!" they all said as they walked in.
"Hi...Shane, Nicky, Mark, Bryan...Kian..." she said in shock. "I'm Shiri."
"Nice to meet you, Shiri." Kian said again with the same stupid smile.
"You already said that." she laughed at him.
Shane grabbed Kian to the side. "What's up man? I've never seen you like this!"
"What?..." he said staring at Shiri, still smiling.
"Snap out of it, will ya?"
Kian finally looked at Shane. "I'm sorry, did you say anything?"
"This girl got you crazy!"
"She's great, isn't she?..."
Shiri smiled at Kian from the other side of the room.
The doctor came in. "Ok, better give her some rest now."
"Yeah, sure." Kian said. "We'll be waiting outside for you."
"But Kian, we have a rehearsal..." Mark said.
"Well I guess it'll have to wait then!" he said back at him.
"See you soon Shiri!" Diana said, smiling.
"Enjoy!" Shiri grinned at her, knowing Diana isn't gonna be waiting alone.
"Diana?" the doctor said.
"Yes?"
"Can I talk to you for a second?"
"Sure." Diana stepped closer.
"We took a look inside Shiri's head and we found a problem there. I'm not gonna lie to you, there are only 2 chances out of 10 for her to live, I'm sorry."
"No...it can't be..."
Diana walked back to where the rest were. She took a sit next to Shane.
"What did the doctor say?" he asked. Diana started to cry.
"Hey, what's wrong?"
"She said..." she cried even harder. "She said there are only 2 chances out of 10 for her to live..."
"Oh God..." Shane held Diana close to him. "Don't worry...she's gonna be alright..."
"She looked so healthy..." she cried.
"I know, I know..."
"She can't die!"
"Hey, listen to me!" he said, looking into her eyes. "She's not gonna die! Trust me, okay?"
Diana nodded. Shane moved closer and closer to Diana till their lips met.
At first, she kissed him back. Then, she pulled back and slapped him.
"Don't do that!!!" she cried.
"I'm sorry, I was just..." he tried to explain, but Diana just got up and walked away.
"Oh man..."
