"Great...just what I needed." Diana thought.
"Hey Di!" Brandon said, smiling.
"Hey." Diana replied. "Come on in then." She added. Brandon entered the house.
"I think I'll...erm... go...out to....erm... buy something.....bye!" Sonia left before Diana could say anything.
"So...mind telling me what happened last night?" Diana looked him directly in the eyes.
"What? Oh that fight? Well that...erm...what was his na..."
"Shane." Diana shortly said, in a defensive voice.
Brandon looked at her, a bit annoyed "Yeah...Shane." He sharply said. "He just came out of nowhere and hit me...so I hit back!" He simply said.
Silence.
Diana was waiting. "And?" She pushed it. "Didn't you forget something?" She asked, suspiciously.
"Like what??" Brandon put on a surprised face.
"Like...the fact that he was drunk." She sharply said.
"Oh that...well...none of my business" He said, looking around.
"You knew that and you still hit him??" Diana got defensive.
"Well I had to defend myself." He smiled unnoticeably. "And I'd hit him again." He said under his breath. "Why do you care anyway??" He then asked.
"cause I'm a human and I actually care." She told him.
"How do you know about that fight anyway??" He asked her, puzzled.
"I just know..." Diana was trying to figure out what to tell him.
"What, a little bird came and whispered to you?!" He then said, looking at her. "Doesn't matter how...I just do." Diana got defensive.
"Oh...maybe that little bird was Shane?" Brandon sarcastically smiled.
"That's not your business." Diana told him.
"Oh yes it is...everything that concerns you concerns me. So he came here yesterday...what did he tell you?" He asked.
Diana went to the door. "Would you please go?" She said, sharply.
"You're throwing me out??" He almost yelled.
"Yeah...I am." She said, opening the door. "Go."
"It's not gonna stay that way Di..." He said, going towards the door. "That's not the end of it..." He added, looking at her. Diana looked away.
"You're mean Brandon." Diana looked at him, sharply, still standing by the door. Then she closed it.
"And you're mine...in one way or another." He said, being behind the door. Then he left.
Kian entered his and the others' apartment. "Anybody here??" He yelled, after closing the door behind him.
"For God's sake STOP YELLING!!!" Shane came out of the living room, having two pillows on his ears.
"Whoa! I wasn't yelling that loud, was I?" He asked surprised. "Where are the others?" He asked, still talking loud. Shane shot him a look that could kill. Kian laughed "Sorry!" He screamed.
Shane took more pillows and covered his head with them. "Shut the hell up!!" He looked at Kian annoyed.
"Okay...sorry!" Kian said a bit more quiet. "So...where are they?" He repeated his question. He took off his coat.
"Nix is....somewhere. Mark was here yelling at me a while ago...and Bry went to look for Ki...." Then he looked up, dumbfounded. "He went to look for you!!" He screamed.
"NOW who's yelling?!" Kian looked at him weirdly.
"Prepare to die when he arrives back!"
"Hey Ki!" Mark came towards them.
"Argh!!!" Shane looked at him angrily.
"Sorry!!!" He whispered now.
"I'm going..." Shane walked to his room.
Just then Bryan came back. "I didn't find..." He started, then looked at the others. "Kian." he moved towards him. "You're dead...where the hell were ye???" He yelled.
"SHUUUUUUTTTTT UUUUUUPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!" They heard Shane yelling from his room.
"I thought you were dead or something....thank God Louie didn't find out." He added, still yelling and avoiding Shane.
"I certainly wasn't in hell...it was heaven" He dreamily said.
"Whatever." Mark and Bryan went off. Kian just stood there. Then Shane came mumbling something to him.
"What?" Kian looked at him confused.
"Out...i'm going..." He said, holding his head.
"Okay, okay...how much did you drink yesterday after I was gone??" He then asked.
"Just a little....WAY too much." Shane replied.
"I can see that, yeah."
"Met someone?!" Kian winked.
"No!" Shane yelled.
"Take it easy..."
"Hey Shane...I'm coming too....wait!" Mark yelled from the other room. They left the apartment.
"Hmmm...so what should I buy??" Sonia thought to herself. "Argh...the new Westlife single!!" She looked at the shop window.
"Lets go see if anyone buys our single!" Mark suggested as they were nearby a shop. "Shane??" He snapped his fingers in front of his eyes.
"Huh?" Shane looked at him with big eyes.
"Argh...just come on."
"Hmmm...maybe I should buy more than one...yeah!...one for Di....and another for Shir too!" Sonia got hyper.
"Look!" Mark enthusiastically said. "Someone's buying our single...correction...3 of our singles?!?!" He then yelled. "Sorry!" he pathetically told Shane before he could say anything.
"Hey that someone is gorgeous." Mark dreamily said.
"Gosh..." Shane mumbled. "Hey...that's Sonia!" Shane said, looking towards her. "Sonia?...Sonia who??" Mark got confused.
"Hey!" Shane tapped on Sonia's shoulder.
She spun around. "Shane!...Hey!" She happily said, then looked at Mark.
"Hi!" Mark grinned at her.
"Hi.." Sonia gulped.
"There...now you can continue your conversation Mark." Shane said, which made Mark look at him puzzled. Before he could ask anything, Shane explained. "You were talking to her on the phone yesterday!" Mark looked back at Sonia. Sonia stood, dumbfounded.
"Oh God...I'm such a dork...I insulted him!!" She thought.
"I'll go then." Shane winked at Mark.
"Bye Shane." Sonia said. Mark didn't bother, he was busy staring at Sonia.
"Okay, done with Brandon...for now anyway." Diana thought. "Let's move on to Shir then.." she said to herself. "Shir?" She knocked on her door.
No response.
"Shiri??" She asked again, knocking. "Hey Shir...KIAN CALLED!!!" She then shouted.
"What?...When?...Where??" Shiri got out of her room.
"I knew this would work!" Diana said, laughing.
"Huh?" Shiri looked at her puzzled. "So...when did he call??" She asked again.
"Duh...he didn't...but it got you out of your room. So..." Diana said rolling her eyes.
"So he didn't call??" Shiri looked at Diana angrily and was about to go back to her room.
"No...no...NO!" Diana got on her way. "You're not going back...we need to talk." She said, looking directly at her.
"About what?" Shiri looked away, rolling her eyes.
"About...about...well....y'know....about THAT!" She said, uncomfortably.
Then Shiri started laughing. "About what THAT?" She put on the tone that Diana had used.
"You know perfectly well!" Diana looked at her, smiling sarcastically sweetly.
Shiri looked at her. "But nothing happened!!!" Shiri told her, rolling her eyes. There definitely was a lot of eye rolling going on!
"Yes it did!" Diana squealed. "I saw you two!" She smirked.
"But NOTHING happened, we were just watching a movie." Shiri explained. "Why won't you believe me?" She got upset. "Why would I lie?" She looked at Diana, sadly.
"Awww....okay, I believe you. You really don't have a reason for lying." Diana said.
"Good then." Shiri proudly said, then started laughing.
"Shut up!!!" Diana playfully punched her. They were both laughing.
"Friends again?" They both asked at the same time. They laughed again, then started talking at once.
"Me first!!!" Diana yelled through laughter.
Shiri gave her a funny look. "We're not friends....we're sisters!" Shiri said loud.
"Hey!...I was gonna say that first...stop stealing my words!!!" Diana said, playfully pouting.
"Hehe!!!" Shiri started laughing again.
"Ha!" Diana folded her hands.
*Ring Ring* the phone rang. "Yup?" Shiri took the phone, still laughing.
"Hey!" Kian's voice came through.
"Ki!" Shiri squealed.
"Hey...looks like things are going good for Mark and erm...Sonia!" He said.
"They met?!" Shiri asked surprised.
"Don't ask me how! They just called me and asked if I wanna go to a caf? with them...and if you and Di wanna go too...I'll call Shane up as well...and maybe Nix and Bry.." He said.
"Erm...sure, wait, I'll ask Di." Shiri said, looking around. "Di!!" She yelled.
"What?!" Diana yelled back.
"Wanna go to a caf? with Mark and Sonia?" She asked. Diana thought, then realized. "Don't ask!" Shiri told her. Diana looked at her, weirdly.
"Okay...I'll come then."
"Shane, you wanna come to a caf??" Kian, who'd phoned to Shane, asked.
"Yeah, okay." After Kian gave him the name of the caf?, he hung up.
"Well, well, well...look who's here." Brandon walked to Shane.
"What do you want??" Shane asked him.
"Awww...you mean don't remember what happened yesterday?!" Brandon sarcastically said.
"What are you talking about??" Shane shot him a look.
"And you told Diana about it too...and something else, she wouldn't tell me." He bitterly said.
"Get lost, you're talking crap..." Shane walked off, punching him.
"Wanna start all over again?" Brandon sarcastically asked.
"WHAT?????" Shane walked back. "What the hell are you on about?" He wanted to know.
"Ask Di maybe..." Brandon smirked. "She's mine...so get off her, okay??" He added.
"You don't own her." Shane got nearer, getting defensive.
"Hmmm...not yet, but I will...soon" He said, smiling weirdly and walked off.
Shane shook his head. He was mad. "What a twat..." He thought. "And Di's definitely not his."
"Sonia!!!!" Diana yelled, when she and Shiri entered the caf?. Everyone was staring at her, weirdly. "What?!" She shot them a look. "Stop staring." She said to a lady who was still staring at her from head to toe. "Gosh!" She added. The others shook their heads.
"Hey Shir!" Kian came from behind her.
"Ki!" she turned around and kissed him.
"Ahem..." Came from Diana who was already sitting.
"Are the others gonna come too, Kian?" Mark asked him.
"Yeah, soon" He said, not taking his eyes off Shiri.
"Argh...this is so sick!" Diana squealed.
"What's sick?" Shane came towards them.
"I think she meant the way SOME PEOPLE are acting near a TABLE." Mark said, almost laughing.
"Yeah.." Diana went quiet.
"Oh." Shane nodded, seeing Shiri and Kian. Just then Nicky, Bryan, Georgina and Kerry arrived, with Dylan.
"Awww...lookie who's here!" Diana smiled at Dylan. Dylan laughed the cute way that little children do. "Awwww" now everybody sighed.
"Nicky sat beside Diana, Georgina next to him. Sonia was on the other side of the table with Mark, Shane, Shiri and Kian. Bryan and Kerry sat down too, Kerry holding Dylan.
Everybody was talking away. Well, everybody except for Shiri and Kian. Mark didn't notice much as he was staring at Sonia the whole time, so no one bothered saying anything to him anyway.
Sonia was looking at Diana and Shane, worried. She didn't understand a thing. Shane seemed angry and Diana looked as down as ever. Only Dylan made her laugh once in a while.
Sonia got up. "Shane...can I talk to you for a second?" She asked. There was jealousy in Mark's eyes. Diana was looking at them weirdly too.
"What's up?!" Sonia asked Shane. "Huh? What do you mean?" Shane asked, puzzled. "Why are you angry at Diana?" She asked. "I thought you loved her...that you were together..." She then said. Shane started at her, puzzlement in his eyes. "We're not together." He looked down. "Unfortunately." He added. "How did you know that I...?" He suddenly whispered. "Shane?" Sonia looked at him, weirdly. "I heard you saying that to her!" She looked at him even weirder. "What's wrong with you??" She added.
"I....I said that to her?" Shane looked funny. "When...how...what??" He asked, confused. "Yesterday..." Sonia thought it weird.
"Oh God." Shane covered his eyes. "That's what he meant...but...the starting again thing??" He mumbled.
"What?" Sonia asked again, cause she hadn't hear him well. "Nothing." He went back to the table. She followed him.
"Where did Di go?" Sonia asked.
"Oh...she said something about not feeling good and went home." Shiri said.
Shane ran out of the caf?.
"What happened to him??" Bryan asked, amusedly.
"Don't ask me!" Mark said. Sonia looked concerned.
"Finally home..." Diana sighed. Then started crying. "Now he likes Sonia." She sobbed. She sat on the couch. Her mobile rang, but instead of answering it, she switched it off. Then her phone started ringing. "God...leave me alone. I don't want to talk to you whoever you are." She sobbed into the pillow. Eventually the ringing stopped. "Thank God." Diana sighed, entering her room.
About 10 minutes later she heard knocking on her door. "Why don't people leave me alone??" She cried out. She chose not to open it. But the knocking didn't stop. "God...who is that??" Diana walked out of her room, quietly.
"Di...I know you're in there...please open up." she heard somebody's voice.
"Shane? What on earth is he doing here??" She thought.
"PLEASE open the door." He yelled.
"What am I gonna do...what am I gonna do?? Think...think!!" She wiped her tears off. There was no sign of him stopping. Shane was about to start yelling again but just then Diana opened the door.
"Di...thank God! I thought something happened to ya." He came in, concerned. "Why didn't you answer the phone or the door?" He asked.
"I...I was taking a shower." Diana tried to sound convincing.
"But your hair isn't wet..." Shane looked at her weirdly.
"Ah...oh...well..." Diana started. Shane looked at her, thinking.
He wouldn't let her say anything. "Di...I wanted to ask something." He quietly said.
Diana looked up at him. "Yeah?" She nervously bit her lip.
"Did I... I mean, did I say or do something to you yesterday?" He asked, looking at her. "I don't remember a thing." He added.
"He probably didn't mean what he said..." Diana thought, biting her bottom lip again, so not to start crying.
"Nothing too important..." Diana looked down.
"But...I came here?" He then asked.
"Yeah...true." She said, sighing.
"But I did say something important." He looked in her eyes.
