Please allow time for orders to be processed. Items are made on an as ordered basis. Expect an email after processing to confirm the order, time frame order to be completed, cost of order, and to verify shipping address. Once payment is received items will be made.
Emails will be sent to state the progress of the order. When the order is complete an email will be sent stating when and how items will be shipped.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Once the payment is submitted items will be shipped to address given. I am not responsible for lost or stolen orders.

(Note customers will be paying for the cost of the yarn, shipping fees, labor and processing fees. Yarn amount will be based on the original price, no sale prices due to different locations and sale times.)
In the email fill out the following:

*Email Address
*Brand of Yarn
*Style Name of Yarn (color)
*Store/location found the yarn at or the website address link to show me the exact brand/color of the yarn.
(as noted in the yarn page, I suggest looking at Michaels or Joanne Fabrics for yarn choices)
If I am not able to locate the yarn in stores in my area (if customers finds items in a store not in my area) I will offer substitutes close to the original yarn chosen. Customers will have the option to cancel an order if they do not like substitutes.

I accept money orders, or checks (cash when in person delivery). I wait until checks clear before I start an order.

Note:
Homespun style will be made 20 stitches wide and about length of 5' 2" unless notified of other desired measurements.
All other thiner yarn will be made 10 stitches across and around 5' 2" or entire spool of yarn which depending on the yarn can equal to less or more. If special requests as to length and width are wanted please specify in the order email.
