Alright, Happy New Years and all the good stuff, been a while since I've updated our
Limbus Page. Let me restate this, The
Limbus group is not apart of Knights of the
Order (Koto) and you are not required to have a pearl of KotO to be in the Limbus
group. The
Limbus group is still divided into various linkshells even though majority
(96%) of the group is Oceans of Al'Taieu. Been getting a few tells
asking if it is ok if
you can visit the KotO site, it is a public site so it is ok trust me ^.^ (I made it).
Rules and General Information:
Well to get in the Oceans of Al'Taire pretty simple, there is application, but still prefer
you have a few friends
in the in the group, which keeps things simple (and normally
trustworthy). So if you know one of the members and you want to get in then just
ask
him/her if they can put in a word for you and fill out the application on the website.
Please remember we have expanded the
limbus group to a full hnmls and we do sea
and ground now (sky may be coming but it is still heavily debated). Before inviting,
please make sure the people they are not in another hnmls. Well they can have a sky
LS I suppose but we are looking for members that are
active a lot.
Nothing major pretty basic system this system isn't rocket science. You receive
Three
points if you show up and attend Limbus. Now there will be times where we may have
18 members there. If you show you will get your
three points. Now if you are online
and you do not show you lose 2 points this includes hiding on mules, leveling, or
crafting.
If
it is your first run then you will only be able to go to for points.
If you want coins from the pool of coins that is gathered each Limbus minus one
point.
If you want AF items from each Limbus minus one point.
For those who want multiple AF items it is -1 but no one else can have it in
their
comment. This prevents one person from getting everything he/she wants in a single
setting. As corny as it sounds the group grows
together or not at all. Now for the big
armors Nashira and Homam, if you have the highest amount of points then you can lot
on these items.
If you receive one of these items you lose all your points.
Those that cannot make it due to real life events we understand that real life is
first, just
give us aheads up so we are prepared and not wondering where you guys/gals are
thank you. ^.^
Now for the rules
that were installed after our last Omega Fight.
Lateness, is decided on a few factors.
1: If the gather together time is
between 9:30 to 10:00 and you show up 15 minutes
late, your late.
ex. If you are three minutes late or something trivial ok we understand but to all
those
who show up late you are holding the group up.
A: If you are not in Port Jeuno with the group by the
end of gather together time. I
should not have to explain this but we normally decide where the group is going by who
all is there and what the
group can and can't do.
ex. If you are crafting because it is full moon, half moon, whatever moon, or farming
(Anything) or whatever and the
gather together time ends, your late.
B: If you have a group and the group is not here with in
the gather together time. All
who is not here is late if some of the members are there, good for those individual
members. But those not
here are late.
C: Individuals who are late can lose 1-3 points, depending on the above factors and
nature of situation if we have
to wait an "extreme" amount of time for an individual
member you can lose 1-3 points in that setting.If you need anymore clarification on
lateness then please send Juben a tell.
2: If you wish to lot on more AF items then usual you
must use an additional 2 points.
3: To be in the deciding fight where 18 people fight omega or ultima, you must have a
good
attendance standing, if you do not then you can get the 3 points for showing.
Remember it is a group effort that got the chips for the
fight.
4. The end of free lot. Actually this has been true for a while now but I'm restating this
to help new members.
Free lot has been for a while if no one has it in their comment
then if you lot and obtain the item it will cost you one point. This is true.
When we first
started it was free it changed for many reasons if you want to talk about why it changed
ask Juben.

Online but will not help = -2 points
Coins = -1

Now for issues/plans with in the group:
New rules of interest and
development.
New
1. (Still in dicussion but soon to go into effect) The group is thinking of expanding
to
other stuff (enms, Ouryu, Bahamut v2, Jailers, and so on) Some members are unable to
come due to hnmls loyalty and rules which the group understands
and will respect.
Back to the point, for members who bring other members interested in doing more than
limbus and they can commit then the
person who brought them in will receive 5-10
points (hasn't been decided yet but it is fair).
There are other rules to this recruitment
procedure. The member will receive the points
after a set time (Have not decided how much time is needed for the recruiter to receive
his/her
points yet but everyone gets the idea lol). Additional info, please remember who
you brought to the group and so on and so on.

OLD Capped Points: Starting after Ultima those that have or earn capped points will
be allowed to be put on a list.
The list will allow them to be put in line for one item.
Same as a few hnmls for items (kirin osode and so on). Once set on that
list they can
not just jump around once you set it, its final. We are starting this rule at Ultima.
Meaning those who have been
capped for sometime if they want to go on a list then
they drop to zero but remind on the list, until the item drops. In order to be put on
the
list you must have capped points. To those who have had capped points their points
from previous runs do not carry over, they
will go to zero. Anyone capped has the
option to be put on the list or not. The max anyone person can be put on the list is
twice.
Advantages of being on the list:
A. You promise yourself that item compared to a person who is just at capped points.
This forces those to really choose what they want.
B. The ability to start a fresh set of points and build on to
more.
Disadvantage of being on the list:
A. You can only lot on what you were put on the list.
B. Lotting for items actual effects your ability
to gain points compared to being capped.
3. In order to keep a group of consist members coming and not coming and going as
they please
in order to lot on items if you have missed three or four events back to
back you must wait one limbus/event until you can lot on coins or items. It
is unfair if
the group works hard to get chips and then a person comes and lots on items and so
on.
New Development
a.
Jailers (Tuesdays and Fridays)
With the group wanting to expand it has been decided that Tuesdays and Fridays' will
be Sea day.
The organizer of this will be Juben or Jinxsta or Repta. Interesting notes:
We are rewarding those individual farm items with points but we
haven't decided the
amount depending on item farmed.
b. Updated
Vice and Torques that drop from Jailers and Ix'Aerns can be
reserved for 30 points.
You must have capped points in order to reserve. ^.^
The jailer weapons cost 10 points if you do not pass
on weapon and it drops in your
item box then minus 10 points.
New rules not everyone can make Tuesdays
and Fridays for sea or what have you,
but if you set up a party and get sea organs that can help pop Jailers or Ix'aerns and so
on then you
can get your three points for attendance. This will also help some of those
who put additional time into farming and so on. Additional
rules to this new
development is those farming will have to take notice, if we have 3 or more pop items
for a single jailer then just hold
farming for the specific jailer. Additional points will be
given to those who farm deeds or virtues for individual jailers. I will say this
though, we
do have a Organ\Chip\Virtue Most Wanted List. The List is posted in the tally sheet.
NEW
The one trial entrance is changing to three events in order to lot. The players
will have 9 points before they are able to lot coins or
AF+1 items.
NEW well a new rule is in development for attendance. We have four days we are
doing something as a
linkshell that involve sea and then ground is also same days and
so on. Sky and OoA is not coming together lol, sorry guys at least not right
now. Some
have expressed serious concerns about the situation and feel that they should not lose
points for not attending. Too
the point is we are trying to set up something where it is
optional out of the four events we are hosting for sea where you can miss one and you
will not be targeted for loss points.
NEW
Those that mess more than 6 Consecutive Limbus runs will have to wait
one
additional run to begin lotting on coins or AF+1 items. (STARTS: 01/25/07)

d. ENMs and Assaults Static
Planned every five days (If you are interested send a tell to Juben)
ENMS and Assaults very good way to earn money and open up higher tier
mission,
isnm, and so on.Again if you are interested in Assault Static or ENM Static then send a
tell to Juben. Before signing on please be
informed that this will require a person to
have a lot of free time <b>randomly</b>.

General
Information about Oceans of Al'Taieu
There are two areas that OoA covers is ground and sea. The ground half of the group
is ran by (Brivinus,
Nyris, Iskillyou, Jinxsta, Tzimisce). The sea half is ran by Jinxsta and
Juben. The system in which you earn armor differs between the two
areas that OoA
covers. In the sea portion it is decided by points on the ground half it is decided by the
item committee. The general rules
