KNIGHTS OF FATIMA BLOOD DRIVE
We are trying to do our part in seeing that all in our community have an ample supply of this life giving treasure. After the tradgedy of September 11th and the critically low supplies of blood that were available, it is important that we a take the time to see that they never reach those minimal levels again. Please help support our efforts by contacting our Blood Drive Chaiman, Bob Snyder to help in this cause. Through the efforts of the Knights of Columbus, thousands of units of blood have been donated to the Red Cross, for that we thank you. Blood has many uses and to find out more click the Red Cross link. >
KNIGHTS OF FATIMA TOOTSIE ROLL CAMPAIGN
The Knights of Fatima are thankful for programs such as this. All the procedes raised through this campaign go directly to the needy. It provides funding for organizations that take care of the most needy in our community, The Handicap. The Chairmen of our campaign, James and Charles Rudell have dedicated themselves for the last 12 years in bringing a better life to those who need a helping hand on a daily basis and have raised well over $25,000.00 for this campaign themselves. The St. Elizabeth Rehabilitation Center and the Arc of Baltimore, through whos Daycare an Job Coaching programs give these individuals a chance to live their lives to the fullest, and Camp Glow a summer camp for the developmentally challenged are full recipients of this campaign. Please contact James Rudell in the column to the right for your most appreciated donation.
BREAKFAST WITH SANTA
Every year many families join us for this breakfast. It is a time to fellowship in Christ and a time for the small cheribic faces in our community to glow in smile as they sit on Santas lap and recite the litany of gifts that they are hoping to receive. This time that we spend with our neighbors offers some of the most rewarding moments that a person could desire. Grandparents, parents and children look forward to this event all year long. This year our event will be held on December 18th, as always in our School Hall. Children under the age of 10 are free and those above are $2.00 each. Please take the time to join us in this wonderful time of the year as we celebrate the birth of our Lord. To R.S.V.P. click HERE and make sure that you mention Breakfast with Santa.
