The High
Council of Chivalry was formed on the 13th day Tenmonth 1101YAC (2102RC).
It is based in
a sky castle that floats three miles north of Rockport and 2400 feet
in the air.
The council
was formed by decision of the heads of existing orders of chivalry.

defend the public good”) was created a Knight in Ordinary as a member of the High Council as of 17th Day of Tenmonth 1101. And there was much rejoicing...
