A Harrowed with this power can create blood which can be spit up or seep out of wounds in the Guts. This is meant to assist the Harrowed in passing as a living human, provided the blood pours from existing wounds. The Harrowed can also generate blood from other parts of his body (e.g. mouth, ears, etc.) but using this power too much could cause social problems, especially if its used near or in a hospital.
The Marshal could say that the Harrowed's death wound also bleeds when this power is used. And some characters may have such a negative reaction to seeing copious amounts of blood that may precipitate a Fear check.

LEVEL	EFFECT
1	Creates roughly half a pint of blood, or blood seeps slowly from existing wounds.
2	Creates roughly a pint of blood to flow out of wounds or orifices.
3	A quart of blood gushes forth from wounds or pours from other orifices.
4	A gallon of blood could literally explode out from wounds or shoot out of the Harrowed's orifices. Blood that isn't generated from a wound can be sprayed on a target up to 5 yards away (with a fair Deftness roll).
5	The Harrowed can generate half his body weight in blood, or could shoot a veritable fountain of blood from an orifice at a target up to 20 yards away.
