There is currently 9 members of Slipknot. They each have a number.
0 - Sid Wilson: Sid is the ‘mixer’ and his instrument is the turntables. When Sid was born he had 6 fingers on each hand, they were amputated at birth.
1-Joey Jordison: Nathan Jonas Jordison is his real name. He has a drum kit consisting of 21 pieces, the average is usually 5. Joey is also only 5’ 3” tall.
2-Paul Grey: Paul is the bassist for Slipknot. He was in the original Slipknot lineup.
3-Chris Fehn: Chris is the percussion of Slipknot. He plays a normal drum kit welded together by Shaun.
4-James Root: James plays guitar. He is the tallest of the band. James is also the newest member of the band.
5-Craig Jones: Craig samples music and gives it a fast twist for the band. He doesn’t take part in many interviews so remains anonymous.
6-Shawn Crahan: Shawn is the titanium percussion. He used to be a welder which is why he made his drum set. Shawn is accident prone.
7-Mick Thompson: Mick plays the guitar. He has 4 guitars. Mick still gives guitar lessons in his home town of Iowa.
8-Corey Taylor: Corey is the vocalist for Slipknot. He has around 7 types of singing/shouting. Corey is always changing his hair style.
