| REGION 3 SEMINAR "COLOR ME DG!" The Region 3 Seminar will be held this coming year at The Sheraton Hotel located on Richard Arrington Boulevard in Birmingham, Alabama. The dates of the seminar are Friday, February 21, 2003 through Sunday, February 23, 2003. The seminar will be all day Saturday, February 22nd beginning at 9AM and concluding on Sunday, February 23rd by 12 Noon. We will be having a casual and fun get-together on Friday evening for those who can arrive by 7PM.
