| Wednesday February 23 2005 Its not like today is the first day that I am starting to change my eating habits, The diets that I have been on go a complete 360 around the food chain. From 10 years as a vegitarian to being on the Atkins diet and only eating meat lol, how funny that sounds in my head. But right now I think I am at a good spot emotionally to handle a complete life style overhaul. Bill Phillips and his Body for Life plan makes sense to me. Tried it in the past and did have great results, but then as usual something sets me back and just makes life a little too tough and I bail and start not taking care of myself and not eating right. Steve (Devoted Husband) is also eating and exercising according to BFL (Body for Life) so its not all that hard to follow the eating part. Today I am chomping at the bit to get going at the gym, but I am having some real knee issues which right now I am lucky just to keep walking with out falling over let alone go to the gym. So here I go ready to make some changes and to record my process as I go. May I inspire, encourage and lead by example. And may I always remember to SEE IT, BELIEVE IT, AND NEVER STOP STRIVING TO ACHIEVE IT. |
