Download Tracer 1.71.

Tracer is a graph digitizer tool for extracting (x, y) data from curves or symbols plotted in image (bmp, jpg, gif, tif) files. Any other type of viewable image (e.g. Acrobat pdf pages) can be handled by copying it from its viewing program to the Windows clipboard (hit the Alt+PrintScreen key combination if there is no explicit Copy command) and then pasting from the clipboard into Tracer.

Data points can be extracted manually (by using the mouse cursor) or automatically (by specifying a scan mode). Data are saved to disk files in either text (space-delimited ascii), XLS or CSV (comma-delimited ascii) format, or can be copied to the clipboard for direct pasting into spreadsheet applications.

Tracer 1.71 (Aug. 2003) offers several enhancements of the user interface.

KALYPSO 2.11

Download the Kalypso 2.11 package (17 Feb. 2006: = Kalypso 2.1 + Spider bug fix) as two files:

(a) Download Kalypso package.

(b) Download Kalypso User Guide

Note: If you already have Kalypso 2.1, just download the updated version of Spider.

To install Kalypso: unzip the contents of (a) to a directory of your choice. To remove Kalypso: delete the directory tree under which Kalypso is installed (Kalypso does not make changes to any system files).
