In Memoriam
Ernest Leeth
May 27, 1906  - Feb. 16, 2002
My grandfather, Ernest Leeth came into this world on May 27, 1906.  He was born in Pike County Ohio to Algon and Louie Leeth.  In 1930 he married Myrtle (Tackett) Leeth and they raised 5 children together.  He was a very loving and loyal husband, father, and grandfather.  It's often been said that no one liked giving hugs more than grandpa.  He was up for a good laugh at any given moment.   He lived a full life that was filled with wonderful friends and a loving family.  Even at the end of his life, his family was gathered around his bedside as the angels ushered him out of this world.  But in all the joys he experienced throughout his life, it could never compare to the reward and the glory he is experiencing now in heaven.  He is with Jesus, our Lord and Savior... and nothing could be better than that.  He fought the long, tough battle of life, and he finally made it home where he belongs.

Although we miss him more than words can say, we wouldn't bring him back for anything.  His troubles are over and his new life is just beginning.  He doesn't have to suffer anymore.  No more pain, tears, or worries of any kind. His youthful voice has been restored, and I know that we'll sing with him again in heaven's choir.  We have the hope through Christ Jesus that we will be with him again at the end of our journey.  So, keep watching for us, Grandpa... we're coming too!!!
"I thank my God upon every remembrance of you."
