| National & Regional Contract Training Kelsey has been traveling for the past two years 90-100% on "roll-outs" for major projects including top competitive Banks, Government insurance programs like Medicare, to Wireless Communications and Credit Card services. Classes focused on selling skills process, product knowledge, and client servicing and customer service. Class instruction was 75% proprietary systems training to activate, maintain or service accounts, as well as soft skills to sell additional services. Environment was heavily focused on call center sites for most clients. Technology included: web based training, PPT presentation, soft skills & role plays. Clients included: Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Medicare, AT& T wireless, Cingular, and JC Penney. Kelsey has just joined forces with Accenture Learning one of the Global leaders in business that outsource for training. |

| Special Event Training Kelsey has had experience training special event staff for tradeshows including the annual American Film Market: 1996 & 1997 held in Santa Monica, CA. She also was project manager for the Viridis Interactive games booth at the trade show International Entertainment Expo (E3) held in Los Angeles, CA |

| On The Job Training Kelsey has been training on the job from her first employment at age 15 working for McDonalds Corporation to all her college jobs that followed. Post college she trained employees from new hires to advanced sales. |
