This page lists some of the sequences that can be used. If you don't understand what the FR position or FRT position are, here's a word of advice. These refer to one of the pieces of the cube. To find the FRT position, you would find the F face, then the R face. The side piece between them is in the FR position. If it was in the FRT position, you would find the corner piece centered between the F face, the R face, and the T face.
NOTE: One letter positions, such as the F position, will always we a center piece. Two letter positions are edge pieces, and three letter ones will always be corner pieces.
Sequence: R- B+ R+ B+ F+ B- F- B2
Description: Moves an edge piece from the FR position on the second layer to the FB position on the third. |  |  | | Before | After |
