This is a picture of my first car, a 1974 Camaro. Ok, I know the picture is in black & white, but the car was gray, so who cares. Cruising in my Camaro when I was in high school was great. Lets just say my tires didn't last very long.
I also installed my very first performance modification, a four-barrel intake and Quadra-junk carb. I lost a little performance off the line, but a 35mph punch was great.
I purchased it in mid-1986 and sold it in late-1988, burning and leaking oil, to a friend. And yes we're still friends.
This is a picture of my second car, a 1978 Buick Regal. I bought it from my parents after my brother totaled it. I used the insurance money to replace the mangled body parts and apply the paint. Notice my old Camaro wheels.
It had a stock 305ci V-8, which I installed another four-barrel intake and carb. I also removed the cats and had a custom-bent true dual exhaust system installed. It still didn't perform as well as the Camaro, so went for tunes and installed and Alpine head unit, changer and 6X9 speakers. Later, I added 10" subs, in a custom-built speaker box I made, and a 100W 2-channel amp.
Prior to buying the car in August 1989, I drove my parents' cars when I was home from college. Then, sorry to say, I sold it back to my brother in March 1993 and he later totaled it again, may she rest in peace.

This is my third car, a 1984 Lincoln Mark VII. I know what you're thinking, but it was too good of a deal to pass up. I bought it in February 1993 from an old lady whose husband had died a year earlier, so it basically stayed in the garage for that entire year. It had only 34,000 miles on it and was loaded. I only gave $3500 for it. The only drawback was the color, but it grew on me.
No performance upgrades for this car except Tokico struts. I also transferred my stereo equipment from my Regal, which involved building a new speaker box.
I might still be driving it today if I hadn't been broad-sided by a hit-and-run driver on Jan 3, 1994. After that, I started looking for a new car. I bought the Thunderbird SC that I test drove on February 10, 1994 and fell in love.
Here's a picture of my first truck. I always liked the S-10 4x4 ZR2's but I couldn't find a used one with an extended cab. This was the 1st extened cab 4x4 I found when I decided to buy another vehicle.
I purchased the truck in May of 1997 with 84,XXX miles. Two weeks later I drove it to Bowling Green, KY for the World Ford Challenge, since my car was still in Atlanta awaiting a transmission. Just as I roll into town, I was rear-ended at a 4-way stop. I though the truck was cursed. I later installed a 2" body lift and that was it for the mods.
I never had any major problems with the truck in the through the 194,xxx miles that were on it when I sold it to my brother. Right after I sold it, the ignition switch broke, the water pump went out and then the start went out. I guess I timed it right.
