For tractors serial number 100,001-250,000, the serial number plate will look something like this---

T0641       130,001M

T0641 is the code number (see codes below)
130,001M is the serial number
Identification codes  Note--some codes are used that mean different things in different years, so you must have the serial number to figure out the proper code.
Note--I have discovered a couple of sales bulletins that show that you could tell tire type by the typecode for the 1968 models and that until approximately November 25 of 1968 the 1968 typecodes were used, meaning that the first few 1969 models could have 1968 typecodes.
