Welcome to the prayer requests page. I realize that people in the guild are not all of the same religion, but I am a Christian and I attend a Methodist youth camp every summer and occasionally go to church, and also believe in prayer for those in need of it. The making of this page was debated on and Steph came to the conclusion that if it offended someone, then they could just not go to this page. So, please take some time to read these requests and pray for them.
"Since there are mostly hopes and prayers for the sick, the lonely, and the challeneged, i thought it would be a little better if we had a happier prayer for a change. So i want to lift up those who have started a new school year and hope they are eager to get back and learn. "I pray for my best friend in the whole world! Her parents just got divorced and its been really hard on her. Not to mention now both of her parents are dating again (its only been like 2 months) and she moved in with her mom. Her dad is living in her old house with a woman my best friend doesn't know. Her dad was having an affair before they broke up" - Tia
"I'd appreciate it if you all could try to pray for my Grandpa. He's had a few strokes but the last one did the most damage. He's been having trouble walking for the past year or so. My grandma (his wife) doesn't really care for him too well. She's usually busy with other things and has even put him into a retirement home for a while just so she won't have to bother. Whenever I go to visit him now all he talks about is dying, and it gets me really depressed. I want him to be happy in his last years, instead of just sitting in the basement all day and only coming up for meals. Thank you." - Trisha

My uncle Ray had a heart attack while he was in Costa Rica, he's not doing too well so please keep him in your prayers. - Beth
I would like to pray for my cousin, he has children's arthritis and was told 3 years ago that he would die in 4 months. And he lived but isn't very healthy. He is so nice and brings out the best in everyone. And he is in so much pain I just pray that they find a cure for his disease soon.
I also pray for my new baby cousin. My cousin (whom is soooo nice and sweet) had a new baby boy about 4 days ago and there were a couple complications but the doctors told them that the baby would be fine so they took it home and now its back in the hospital and not doing very well. To add onto the stress, Heather's (the newborn's mother's name) 16-year-old sister was on the way to the hospital to see her and the baby when she got hit by a car while crossing the cross walk. she was merciflighted to a huge medical center in spokannne and had to have her splean and kidney removed. Please pray for her too.
And i also want to pray for my grandma who might have breast cancer (we're waiting for the results to come back) she is so important in my life and i don't want anything bad to happen to her. - Tia
My friend, Anna Felts, needs you guys to pray for her mom please. Her mom is in the hospital, she has a really bad disease (don't know the name of it) but isn't doing too well. - Laela
