The condition of my cards:

Mint (M)- Absolutely perfect. Straight out of the box/package condition.

Near Mint-Mint (NMM)- The card is close to perfect. It card may have some minor edge wear on the back and very light facial scratches. Damage is very unnoticeable. Scratches can only be seen when tilted under a light source.

Near Mint (NM)- More edge wear and more light facial scratches. Again, scratches can only be seen when titled under a light source. Overall, excellent condition when you put it in a card protector.

Fair (F)- VERY damaged. There are dents, deep scratches, lots of edge wear. But don't worry I don't have these cards for sale =)

The majority of my cards are Near Mint-Mint and Near Mint condition.
