Chili  Bake
1 Pound of Ground Beef
1 - 15 ounce can Pinto Beans, drained
1 - 10 ounce can hot Enchilda Sauce
1 - 8 ounce can Tamato Sauce
2 Tablespoon chopped Onion
2 Tablespoon chopped Green Bell Pepper
3 Cups Corn Chips, crushed (I like Fritos)

Mix all above ingredients.  Pour into a 1� quart baking casserole dish.  Bake in a 350� oven
for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, remove and add on top:

1 Cup Dairy Sour Cream
1 Cup shredded American Processed Cheese or Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Corn Chips, crushed - sprinkled on top

Put back in oven and bake an additional 3 - 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.  Serve
immediately.
Rice Hotdish
1 pound of Ground Beef
2 Cups Celery, chopped
1 Medium Onion, chopped
� Cup raw Rice
1 Can Campbell's Chicken Rice Soup
1 Can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
2� Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 soup can of cool Water

Brown ground beef and onion.  Add with the rest of the ingredients in a casserole dish for baking.  Mix well.   Bake in a 350� oven for 2� - 3 hours.
