Just Talk
Wouldn't it be nice
if everything worked out
in every home, here & there,
as it does on television:
everyone together
happily in unison
smiles and tears
together
And how does it happen?
They communicate -
saying things both hard,
and soft - anything which
needs to be said.
what Peace might
there be, if we all
could be so - open
our hearts to one another.
Then, enveloped in night
we might lay upon our pillows
with cleansed souls, and a smile
across faces - knowing we
have listened, and known.

be happy, live on
and learn...
