| A poor roofing job allowed water to destroy the structural integrity of this wall and roof. (See above and below.) The roofing, siding, trim and framing had to be replaced. The cost of replacing the damage was more than the cost of the roofing job that caused it. | ||||||||||||||

| This floor band rot was caused by improper flashing when the original deck was built. The rot was not visible until the old deck was demo'd. The wood was so soft you could grab a handful of wood and pull it loose. The old deck was only nailed to this. The board was cut out and replaced and the new deck bolted on. | ||||||||||||||
