Our Policies
Shipping and Handling
- Shipping is through USPS only. NO overnight shipping.
- Turnaround does NOT start until AFTER e-mail conformation.
- Turnaround time is three (3) weeks plus ground shipping.
- Tracking number will be sent in an e-mail for the customer to track.
Returns
- There are no returns.
- Color, artwork and embellishments (ribbon, lace, etc) will be customized during order process.
- We reserve the right to be creative.
