Quinn is the daughter of Cletis Don and Gayle Cussen Satepauhoodle, the granddaughter of the late Sam and Nellie Doyah Satepauhoodle and Thomas and Reathia Frank Cussen, and the great-granddaughter of Doyah, Muskogee, Satepauhoodle, and Gomesahgope.

While serving as Kiowa Princess, Quinn was a junior at Carnegie High School and served as Junior Class President and Student Council Vice President. She participated in track (discus) and played guard on the basketball team. Her extracurricular activities included Odyssey of the Mind, Spanish Club, chorus, cheerleading, and Oklahoma All-State Marching Band.

Quinn was a member of the St. Richards Catholic Church and CYO in Carnegie, the Carnegie Victory Club, and a junior member of the Oklahoma Federation of Indian Women.
