LouAnn is the daughter of William B. "Bill" Hall (Zotigh) and Louise Whitehorse Hall. Her maternal grandparents were Charles Whitehorse and Mabel Hummingbird and her paternal grandparents were Stephen Hall Zotigh and Inez Amaunkomo Zotigh. She graduated from Hobart High School and attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University.

LouAnn now resides in Anadarko and is employed by the Southern Plains Regional Office, Bureau of Indian Affairs as a Legal Instruments Examiner in the Land Titles & Records Office. She is married to Taft Haddon and has two a daughter, Beverly Jewel Ahhaitty-Antonio, a son, Sebastian Daugomah Haddon, and two granddaughters, Quinlynn Jade "Queenie" Antonio and Mefaunwey Keely Antonio.
