CIS25 Homework #1 Presents
Welcome to my free graphic rating page. Here I will rate sites that offer free graphics based on design, organization, content and selection. I have set up my rating system in the same fasion as the movie critics do with stars. However, instead of using stars my site will use an icon of my favorite prehistoric mammal; the Brontotherium. The rating goes as follows:

- This site is neat in that it has a section called "Image Sets" where you can go to a page and see a nice sized collection of banners, buttons, background, buttets, and directional arrow images that all go together. You can even see some of the selections' textures in different colors. It also has a nice selection of clip art. Its' nice features and nice all around feel grant this site four Brontotheres.

- Another nice, large collection with lots of catorgories like photos and clip art, icons and animated gifs. It also has a nice section called "Graphic Sets" where you can see backgrounds, butllets, horizontal rules, buttons, and directional arrows that all share a same theme. It also gives you the ability to search for images you want and links to other sites. I feel that this site also deserves four Brontotheres.
- Free Fonts, Free Backgrounds and More
- This site has a great selection of animated images and background images and has it nicely organized in catergories. It even has a hugh selection of hexidecimal codes for web pages. The only problem is that it needs more sections which include regular images, buttons and banners. I will give this site three brontotheres.

- A huge selection but it gets annoying with the "free discounts and special offers" box that practically takes up the whole screen when you are trying to view a back ground. I would have prefered better organized sections. The background section alone had 942 pages of image samples, and then there is the "more background" section with 500 more pages. That is way too many for someone to just fish through randomly. it would be nice to have them in more sub-catergories. For these reasons this site recieves only two Brontotheres.
