Mesawed Standard

Mesaweds are bread for long either long beaks (as the standard picture) or short .
The bird below the standards sketch was tested sucsessfuly from 50 miles. This group is among the top elite flying birds in an Egyptian loft.
The standard picture and the bird below it show medium beaks. The middle two birds exhibiting short beaks.
At the bottom left a 4 months male with a broad and medium beak. He still has a long way to develop.
At the bottom right a 1 year old female with a short beak and compacted head.
In common, you should note the aqueline beaks and the strength of the body. Note also that the middle bird on the stand is strickly show bird. Short birds in general are characterized by shorter beaks, necks, legs, and long body and that is so hard to put together.
