Our Garden
The Following three rows were taken on May 2002 to show the progress of the backyard and the effect of Pigeons on vegetation. Amaryllis is a large Bulb blooms in April and Last until the end of May. The Limquats, which are yellow Mediterratanian fruits, ripens also in April and consumed mostly by Mocking Birds, Blue Jay and very few by me. Their are abundance of Canyons, hills and slopes in Southern California that could be covered with varieties of plant covers or could be left with it's natural cover. My Pigeon Lofts are Located on one side of the yard and I try to make them blend in without affecting the flying rhythm of the birds. I will add more as more colors and blooms appear.
