| Progression through the years... |
| I began lifting in 1995, immediately following a surgery where I had a tumor removed from my neck (see the Muscle & Fitness article above). I started in 1995 weighing around 150 pounds. In the year 2000, I weigh in at around 215 pounds at the same bodyfat level I started out with (between 7 and 10 percent). For contest I have dieted to under 5 percent, but I don't like to be there very long. It's not a comfortable, or even safe, level to maintain yourself at. |
