The Eagles have completed a fantastic season, winning the club chamionships and making finals in all senior grades. A pre-finals celebration was held at the Henley Oval Clubrooms on Sunday 11th March, which coincided with A Grade vice captain, Andrew Haslett's 30th birthday. It was great to see some old 'Kings Boys' back at Henley to share in the success of the club this year.
Unfortunately, the B grade and D grade we elimiated from the finals the following week. However, the A grade pulled through their elimination final against Tea Tree Gully to set up a meeting with Glenelg at Glenelg Oval this weekend. The C Grade also won, meaning that they will be contesting their 4th consecutive Grand Final. With a little luck, Sunday night will be one of celebration with the C's aiming to defeat East Torrens at Henley Oval to bring home their 3rd premiership in 4 years. Good luck to all players this weekend and all King Boys are urged to get down to support the boys!
