Rules: - Must be the owner of the house or have permision of the owner
- must be a resident of Alphaville, Test Center or Jolly Pines (other cities will be included once I find employees)!
- Winners are not allowed to re-enter their house back into the draw for one month, after they win. Give other people a try!
Entering: To enter, just email me and send me a picture of your sim's house and house inside. Include your sim's name, city, property name, property size, property catagory, what you hate about it, and what you wish to see changed. If you're a roomie, then your home owner must email me with their approval and consent.
Drawing: The winner will be decided on the first day of each month. Chances of winning will decide on the number of enteries. The winner will be notified by email. They have 3DAYS to respond and accept the prize. If the winner fails to respond in the given time or has been found breaking the rules, then a runner-up will be chosen and notified.
Prizes: The winner will recieve a free full house makeover. They will also recieve a 10% discount off their next D3 purchase!
