1. By entering into our contests, you are giving us full permission to post your sim's name, city, property name, and property picture, if you're the winner.
2. All visiters must prevent themselves from using any insulting words or topics while posting on the guestbook. All posts are checked over, before being posted. If you have an insult, then please keep it private.
3. If sim names are given out, during a case of a winner or the hall of fame, if there are any complaints about being harassed by unlawful visitors, we'll be happy to remove the name from our site.
During a case, if the contestant, in our contests, is caught cheating, lying, harassing or faking a owner's consent, then that sim is banned from taking part in any contest for 2 months.
