Another view from the castle walls... in the middle, that upraised part of the landscape actually contains the ruins of Castello di Canossa. The land beneath, as you might be able to see, is sort of falling away and unsteady (in an over-the-centuries sort of way). |

This is the village at the base of Castello di Rossena... Aside from the television aerials and the power lines, I reckon it hasn't changed very much... |
