PASA VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
Volunteering is free, it�s fun, and it has its rewards. The biggest reward is seeing the results of your time and effort reach a goal that helps your organization help the community.
PASA is dedicated to helping its members and nonmembers achieve that important goal.

Here are some examples of what you can do to help out:
___Dancer for Filipino traditional dances
___Administrative: hand out flyers, help mail flyers, typing, e-mailing, etc.
___Help out @ events: door person, help with food serving, help with raffles, etc.
The sky�s the limit - give us your time, talents, services, you name it, and we�ll make sure you are recognized for helping towards a great cause.
Speaking of recognition�
We would like to recognize everyone for volunteering or giving to PASA. You can volunteer or even just show up for an event! Anything you can do to grow PASA is much appreciated.
So we have implemented something new called �VIP� a.k.a. �Volunteer Incentive Program�. Here�s how it works:
Every time you: attend events of, volunteer for, give monetary donations to PASA, you will get points based on point levels. Remember, YOU ARE a VALUABLE MEMBER! Here are the values to earn:
___Attending each event = 10 points
___Volunteering each 1 hour = 10 points
___Donating every $1 = 1 point
Our goal is to give everyone an opportunity to earn points with PASA. When your points are tallied, you will find your total in a 4-Tier system towards prizes and rewards!
Members 4-Tier Points System:
___Tier 1: 10 to 150 points
___Tier 2: 151 to 350 points
___Tier 3: 351 to 900 points
___Tier 4: 901+ points
NOTE: Nonmembers get � of every point earned.
So how are we keeping track of your volunteerism? Glad you asked! There will be a sign in sheet at each event. Each time you sign in, you will be granted the appropriate points.
And how do we reap the rewards of our efforts? Again, glad you asked!
There will be �shopping events� where you can �buy� items based on the number of points you earned before that event. If you�ve ever been to Dave and Busters, you know how that point system works!
To get you excited about this opportunity, here�s an example of points earned:
Attend Event x 12 events = 120 points
Volunteer 2 hours x 12 events = 240 points
Donate $5 x 5 events = 25 points
Total Points for this example = 385 points (Tier 3 WINNER!!!)
