The Kilteely/Dromkeen GAA club is run on a totaly voluntary basis and is funded by contributions from its members
and the  gererosity of the local community.
    The money raised is spent wisely and well on the following iteams;

    • Team registration.
    • Players injurys and players insurance.
    • Games equipment --> Hurleys, sliotars and footballs.
    • Grounds maintainance.
    • Grounds development.

The field development over the last ten years has been the most financial strain on the club. A lot of money
was raised to ensure that the club would have one of the best playing fields in the county of limerick.  The
development is in its last phase and will be opened next year.

Many hours of hard work went into the development of this facility. The work was carried out on volantry
grounds by members of the club and much appreciation must be shown to the field committee who liased with
the club officers to complete the project.

In order to raise money for club activities the following fund raising events were held:

    • A 12 month 400 members club draw
    • Race nights.
    • 300 members Summer draws.
    • Limerick Development Draw.
    • Sponsored cycles/walks.
    • Sponsorship from local busisnesses.
    • A lottery grant.
    • Church gate collections.
