Cheyenne at 10 months
10/29/00 UPDATE: Puppies have arrived!! Born October 24. Mom and pups are doing excellent! We have 4 females and 3 males. We are excepting deposits now. They will be ready just in time for Santa's big delivery. Please call or email for more information.
Welcome to Sandy Paws Alaskan Malamute Kennels!
We are a
small kennel. We feel by keeping it small we can give the mal's the attention they so much
need without neglecting one or the other. They crave human companionship. They are very active dogs and
require the owner to be just as dedicated to an active and adventurous life. They require daily exercise in order
to remain a healthy malamute. The Alaskan Malamute has magnificent beauty and and infectious grin, which is
often mistaken for their cousins the wolf. These people loving canines are not your
typical guard dog. They will more likely invite the stranger into the home than frighten them away. These gentle creatures need to
belong to a family (pack).
We are located in Northern Indiana at the southern tip of Lake
Michigan. We are surrounded by the Indiana Dunes State Park and the National Lake Shore. Thus, the name of our kennel, "SANDY PAWS". We have
2 Alaskan Malamutes, Frost who is a rare pure white mal. She is two.
And then our baby Cheyenne, a giant mal, who is two years old. If you are
interested in a puppy I will be taking names, numbers and $100.00 deposits.
