INCIDENT REPORT: (Mortus, 3rd Week, 4th Day)
Incident: A woman lodged a complaint about a howling beast living near her house. We found that the neighbor has pet 5-headed hydra, which pokes its head through a hole in the fence between their yards. The hydra owner was not home. He will be cited to repair the fence and keep his pet quiet. The woman also reported that tanar'gres have moved into the area near the Sandstone Wall again. We returned at dusk to issue citation. The owner resisted arrest, and sicced hydra on us. Griffin chased and arrested the owner, using his hawk familiar for aerial pursuit. The hydra was killed, and the woman's fence was destroyed in the fight. The City will assume responsibility for repairing the fence at the prisoner's expense.
Addendum: Investigation of tanar'gre revealed they seem to be legitimate workers at the bakery.
