Cheesecake
What you need...

Crust:
2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup (125ml) melted butter
2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Fillings:
1 1/2 lb (750g) cream cheese
1 cup (250ml) sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 eggs
whipped cream
nutmeg
After the preparation...
1. Mix together the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Firmly press on the bottom and sides of a 9-inch spring form pan.  Chill until ready to use.

2. Mix the cream cheese with the sugar until smooth and soft.

3. Add the lemon juice, vanilla essence, and eggs. Mix well.

4. Pour into the prepared crust and bake in a 325 F for about 45 minutes.  Turn off the heat and leave in the oven until cool.

5. Serve topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with nutmeg.
