Using
the TTL meter
The Kiev60 with the TTL metered prism what we will be working with
here.
The Kiev6C and very early Kiev60 's meter is slightly different , but
still from
what is written here you should be able to work it out.
When you first wind on to your new frame you will be able to view
through the lense and use the meter.
This is what you will see...
On the side of the prism you will find the power switch.
Slide this switch in the direction of the arrow.
It will spring back when you release it , thats OK.
If the meter has batteries installed you should now see a red LED light
in the viewfinder.
It will either be to the left or to the right of centre as shown in
the two examples below.
These will stay lit for several seconds and then automatically turn off
to save batteries.
Keep turning it back on as required.
