Perhaps after a roll of 12 or 16 shots are taken with your Kiev60 and the neg scans are completed they can be put into a folder on your PC.
You can then organize them with a program like the one shown below.

I like this program because it is so small and easy , available for most windoze versions and it produces HTML files that can be stored locally on your computer or on your personal web space.

This gallery creator allows text to be inputted below the pictures which is great for details like shutter speed , f-stop , film type etc which is another great idea.
You can then put some sort identification number with the image and tie this with your negative storage box.

When you find a picture in your HTML gallery that your wanting to process it is a simple and easy to find the exact negative without fear of damaging your precious images.


Total cost of this project - 1.50Euro , Oh yeah ,, and about 1190 calories.
