When Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton mentioned that "It takes a village to raise a child", she was referring to the Community's effort to come together and make a better life for the youth around us. The Arlene Joyce Foundation intends to outreach into the community with information that is vital for both parent and child resulting in a less dramatic dental visit, promoting a higher level in dental care and producing a future dental anxiety-free adult.
